To qualify for the promotion, the referring member should complete the referral form (electronic or paper) including the existing and new members name at the time of the account opening. *For both the referring member and the new member to qualify for the $25 reward the new member must open a Regular Share account with at least $5 and it must remain open, active and in good standing for a minimum of 60 days. If the new member opens additional qualifying services within 60 days of the original membership join date, they will qualify for $15. Per additional service.
