Lakewood Office closure

Re: Important Notice – The Lakewood Office is now closed.

We hope this finds you well. We would like to inform you of an upcoming change that will impact our services.

After careful consideration, we regret to inform you that our Lakewood office located at 16212A Madison Avenue, Lakewood, OH 44107 will be closing its doors for business on December 30, 2023. This decision was not made lightly, and it comes as a result of the current market conditions and the increasing cost of business in Lakewood.

We understand that our office has been a convenient location for many of our valued members, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this closure may cause. However, please be assured that this decision was made with the best interests of our members and the continued strength of our credit union in mind.

While the physical office will no longer be available after December 30, 2023, we want to assure you that our commitment to serving your financial needs remains unwavering. Our online banking platform, shared branching network, and our existing offices in Brunswick and Parma will continue to be available to assist you with your transactions, inquiries, and any other banking needs you may have.

We want to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for your membership and support over the years. We value your trust and loyalty and will continue to work hard to provide you with the exceptional service you deserve.
