With the update we are experiencing a few bugs that should resolve themselves with the next update currently scheduled for Mid-November.

Some work arounds are

• Use the web version of home banking www.unitycatholiccu.org click log in and enter your information, you may be asked to update your security questions.

• In the app uncheck the Save ID and enter your login information manually each time you wish to log in.

• Possibly update your iOS version to 15.8.3

• Manually log out of the app each time, this can be done by clicking on the three dots and then selecting log out

• If you are low on storage on your phone maybe pay for additional storage

• Consider getting a newer phone (right now the iPhone Xr is the oldest phone being supported by Apple)
